What are the correct steps in placing an order?

  • You may either "Shop By School" or "Shop By Product."
  • After selecting the item you would like to purchase, enter the quantity, color, and size you prefer.
  • Then click on the "Add To Cart" button.  You can continue shopping or you can go straight to checkout.  Simply click check out and follow the prompts for an easy, hassle-free checkout!
  • You will receive an email confirmation of your order after you checkout.

The information collected to open your account is well guarded and is used to fulfill your order and contact you if necessary. No online data transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure; but strict adherence is followed to the best of our ability to do so.

Will I be notified if an item is on backorder?

Yes, CollegeBaby.com will notify you by email if an item you have ordered is on backorder. CollegeBaby.com does everything possible to maintain its inventory and be ready to ship. If this situation does arise, you will only be charged for the items that are shipped.

A representative from CollegeBaby.com will contact you via email to inform you when the item is in stock and you will decide whether or not to proceed with the backorder shipment.

How do I check the status of my order?

Click "My Account" on the top of the webpage, enter your login information, and click on View Cart to see if your order has shipped.

Or you may click on the tracking number found in your confirmation email and you will be directed to FedEx.com to track your package.

I forgot what I ordered from my last purchase, how do I find out?

How do I sign up to receive CollegeBaby.com newsletters?

I cannot remember my username or password. How can I retrieve it?

You can have your username and temporary password sent to the email address on file by selecting the "Forgot Username" or "Forgot Password" in the "My Account" tab at the top of the navigation bar.

What forms of payment are accepted?

CollegeBaby.com only accepts payment by the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

-Apple Pay, Google Pay are available depending on what device and browser you are using to purchase.

We also accept payment by CollegeBaby.com Gift Cards.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Please note that if you do not have a credit card, any Debit Card or an ATM card with the MasterCard or Visa logo is acceptable. Only one credit card can be used per transaction and the credit card billing address must be in the same country as the ship to address.

We do not ship to addresses outside the United States. We do not accept PayPal at this time.

When will my credit card be charged?

How long will it be before I can expect my order to be delivered?

Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days that are received before 12:01 pm Eastern Standard Time after payment verification. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number after your order has been processed.

I want to purchase from you but I do not see the college I am looking for under "Shop by School", will you add my school to your website?

If I receive an item from CollegeBaby.com as a gift and would like to return it for a different item or refund, how do I go about doing so?

Eligibility for Returns:

  • All unworn and unwashed products purchased from CollegeBaby.com are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Products must be returned in the condition you received them with all original tags attached. 

  • Please note that returns will not be approved for a refund if the products returned after inspection appear to be used, worn, or washed.

  • Returns do not apply for Gift Card or eGift Card purchases.

  • CollegeBaby.com will pay the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective product received).

 

Return Process:

  • Once logged in, click Create Return within My Orders tab to initiate the return process. Fill out the details in the requested form and we will email you a prepaid shipping label for you to send the products back to us.

  • All returns will be subject to an $8.99 charge for return shipping.

  • Place the products to be returned in a padded envelope with the provided emailed shipping label.
