Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:

All unworn and unwashed products purchased from CollegeBaby.com are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Products must be returned in the condition you received them with all original tags attached.

Please note that returns will not be approved for a refund if the products returned after inspection appear to be used, worn, or washed.

Returns do not apply for Gift Card or eGift Card purchases.

CollegeBaby.com will pay the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective product received).
Return Process:

To initiate a return, you must have a registered account on CollegeBaby.com with the email address used to make the purchase. Click the person icon on the top right navigation bar and click create one now if you did not previously create an account.

Once logged in, click Create Return within My Orders tab to initiate the return process. Fill out the details in the requested form and we will email you a prepaid shipping label for you to send the products back to us.

All returns will be subject to an $8.99 charge for return shipping.

Place the products to be returned in a padded envelope with the provided emailed shipping label.
